To send the same message to all bowlers at once:
Email addresses for all bowlers in our league are included in this box below. Copy this block of text to the To: line of your mail message. Note: Some email programs may not recognize the semi-colon ( ; ) for separating email addresses. Some, like Yahoo mail, need a comma as a separator instead. Change it if you need to once you've copied this text into your own mail message.
If you've never borrowed text this way, here's how. (These steps assume you are mousing right-handed and using either Netscape or Internet Explorer as your browser.) (Sorry, AOL users, but I can't confirm if or how this works in AOL. Try the steps anyway, just in case. But if it's not the same, then you'll have to tinker on your own to figure out an equivalent solution.)
Right-click anywhere in the text box above. A small floating menu will display.
Click Select All on the floating menu. All the text in the box gets highlighted.
Copy the text. (On your keyboard, you can use Ctrl-C. Or using your browser menu, click Edit>Copy.)
Start (or go back to) your mail message. Put your cursor in the To: box and drop the copied text there. (On your keyboard, you can use Ctrl-V. Or using your email program's menu, click Edit>Paste.)
To send a message to an individual person, click on their address.
