Week 28 "9-Pin No-tap" Fun Night – April 8, 2008

Event Rules

More information to come, as we get this night shaped up for ALL teams to bowl and have fun!!
  • This is a standard 9-Pin No-Tap challenge (3 games). Lane assignments are posted below. 
  • There is NO additional cost to us to bowl this night.
  • Bowling this night will be optional. If you are absent, your absentee score will be used. 
  • Scores do not count for individual statistics, USBC awards, or team standings. 

Lane Assignments

Let's do a basic position round type pairing for the Fun Night, but based on each team's FINAL TEAM AVERAGE (not standings) for the season. I am using team averages from Week 27 results (PDF), because that is the last week our scores counted for anything. Then once those averages are sorted, we'll go down the list to assign lanes - as follows.

Scoring Results

Scores are recorded on the familiar score sheet here (PDF). 
Surprise! Prize money will be awarded to the highest male score and the highest female scratch score.

  • For the men, we *thought* it was going to be Santo Lupo, until Dennis Zagor blew everyone away with his 300 game in Game 3! 

  • For the women, Wendy Cherry gets the high score award for her 219 in Game 3!
