Banquet Information

The end-of-season banquet includes dinner, distributing of prize money, nominating and electing next season's league officers, and soliciting changes to league bylaws. (Voting on bylaw changes will take place at the next season meeting in September.) 

** Please check out the Rule Change 'Suggestion Box' page for rules currently up for discussion, and to submit any change suggestions of your own. This suggestion page will be active all summer for your reference and convenience. **

  • Date: Friday, April 12, 2010.  

  • Time:  Reservation at 7:00pm.

We will be in the private banquet room in the lower level. We'll have our own bar, bathrooms, and pool table. Okay to bring our own decorations and music.

What's Included?

  • Buffet-style dinner service.

  • Cash bar for all drinks. 

  • Banquet costs:  Regular league members pay nothing; this cost comes out of our weekly fees. You may invite guests, substitute bowlers, spouses, former league members, etc. Guests may expect to pay $17-$20 (including tax and gratuity) depending on the entree they pick.

  • IF YOU ARE BRINGING A GUEST:  Please include their name on the entree sign-up sheet so that they are included in the headcount for our reservation.

In addition to distributing awards ($), also taking place at the banquet will be nominations for next year's league officers and confirming our league bylaws and suggesting any changes to them. Voting on these things will take place at a pre-season meeting in September, so you'll have all summer to think about them.
